These activities take place on specialized electronic equipment, including augmented reality climbing walls (ValoClimb), digital trampoline tracking units (ValoJump), and interactive LED floor grids.I explicitly recognize that these physical activities carry inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to:
● Scrapes, bruises, cuts, and sprains.
● Musculoskeletal injuries, joint dislocations, and broken bones.
● Physical exhaustion, dehydration, or cardiovascular stress.
● Collisions with other active players on the open arena floor.I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my participation and/or the participation of my minor children, even if arising from the negligence of the operators.3. MEDICAL FITNESS & COMPLIANCE RULES

● Mandatory Grip Socks: Wearing approved high-traction athletic grip socks at all times while playing on the interactive LED grid systems.
● Gear-Free Safety Regulations: Following onboarding instructions for camera-tracked fields and keeping all food, cups, or finger snacks completely clear of the active gaming floors to prevent slip hazards.
● Solo Operator Instructions: Following all automated system prompts and coordinator safety directives immediately.4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PROMISE NOT TO SUE
In consideration for being permitted access to the facilities, interactive equipment, and beverage zones of Pulse Tech Arena, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge Pulse Tech Arena, its owner-operators, landless lease entities, and equipment providers from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or financial liabilities resulting from ordinary negligence, personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring on the premises.5.
